After accidently deleting a chapter of my Project Report from my hard drive today, i started looking for ways to undelete it.I did found some tools which can be downloaded easily but most of them let you find the file on the disk but will only let you recover it after you buy them.So after some try i found Recuva (Version 1.40.525) which is a Freeware and i recovered part of my Chapter back.
Obviously there could be many others like it but for me this worked and i will use it unless i find or recommended a better tool.
p.s.: After you undelete a file permanently (Shift + delete or empty your recycle bin), don't try to save or modify any other document, you might end up overwriting your deleted file and then when you recover it(if you recover it), it will be only be half recovered.
